Compassionate Photography

People often require specific location accommodations or have difficulty transitioning from one location to another. I suggest locations suitable for the people I'm working with and can come to you if that's easiest.

Absolutely – I love to travel! I do charge $50 per travel hour for locations outside of London, Ontario, in addition to any travel expenses (which I'll research and have you approve in advance).

There's no limit to the number of people you can include in your group session but please realize the more people you include, the more complicated the shoot becomes. A larger group will most likely require more coordination time (vs. photography time) so you might want to extend the length of the photo session to account for this.

The number of high resolution print quality digital photos you'll receive varies with the package you purchase (please refer to the Prices section of the website to see what's included in each package). I'll share all photographer-approved photos with you in an online proof gallery and you'll select the photos you'd like included in your package. If you'd like additional high resolution print quality digital photos, these can be purchased for $25 / photo or $100 / 5 photos. For events, all photographer-approved photos are shared with you as high resolution print quality digital photos on a USB flash drive.

First and foremost, make sure you're comfortable – If you're uncomfortable, this will show in the photos. After comfort, I suggest wearing clothing in solid colours, and avoid patterns (eg. checks, stripes) if you can.

You might want to consider bringing water and snacks (clean snacks) to keep everyone happy. If you'd like to include specific items in your photos, bring those along too!

Yes, each additional hour is $250 and includes 15 additional high resolution print quality digital photos.

Yes, all photographer-approved photos will be individually edited for composition, white balance, exposure, contrast, and colour prior to being shared with you. But please don't worry, we won't over-edit – our intent is for the photos to look as natural and true to life as possible.

I'll edit and send out your photos as quickly as possible after the photo session. Believe it or not, I'm as excited to see them as you are! On average, it takes about a week to get photos delivered to you.

Yes! I'd be happy to provide you with pricing for getting your digital photos printed. Please contact me for more information.

After the photo shoot, your photos will be backed up on a physical hard drive and also on a cloud server. While I'd love to keep digital copies of your photos forever, I can't guarantee this will be the case. Once I deliver them to you, storage of the photos becomes your responsibility so please ensure you've also stored them in multiple places.

In Canada, we dress in layers! Or we move indoors if needed! But if we really can't make a photo session work due to weather, we can rebook your session.

You'll pay a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your session date. The balance will be due the date of the session.
